Setup the Live Stream Event for Webinar

If want to initiate the training / webinar, and the high amount of user want to participate the virtual event, then the Live stream will help you to conduct the online session hassle free, the live stream features are available only the below Google workspace license.

In-house and Cross Domain live streaming is available with these Google Workspace Editions:

• Enterprise Plus
• Enterprise Standard
• Education Plus
• Teaching and Learning Upgrade

Only guests in your organization can view the live stream. 

If your administrator turns on cross domain live streaming, guests from your organization and trusted workstations can see the domain. 

All participants in your organization can pause and start a stream, and record the event, during the meeting. Guests who join as "Watch Only"  cannot participate in meetings or control streaming and recording.

For setting up the Live Stream Event below are the images will help you to create an online event.

Open the calendar

Create an event and add the date, time and attendees guest in the list section, once done then scroll down the page, refer to the third image 

Click on the Join with the Google meet then need to click on the Add live Stream,

Once Live stream added then need to save the event, and again need to open the created event, three vertical dots will show then you have to select the Create view-only event thereafter it will automatically add the Live Stream on heading section refer to the below 5th image, and then need to add the attendees list in the add guest section and then save the event, refer to the 6th image
