As we send the mail to the different stakeholder on daily basis, might be the mail content some confidential information, which we don't want to show anyone, accept the id's which we have added on the "To" and "Cc" field, it would not allow to share those information to the anonymous "To" or "Cc" user want to share with anonymous, for that in the Google workspace have features called as Confidential mode access, where the sender can send the mail if the mail content confidential information then user can select this features also it will allow the user to expire the mail within the time frame which user will need to select either the mail expire in one day or week or user can select the custome date.
Once the sender send an email to the client by turning on the confidential mode while opening, it will ask the recipient to add the one time password (OTP), the OTP will come on in the sender mobile which recipient have to ask the sender to share the OTP, once the OTP verified the user would be able to read the mail. if the recipient tried to send the mail to other third party, the third party would be able to received the mail but not able to access the confidential mail body which are in the mail, it will throw the message if the user forward the same the other recipient (You don't have the options to forward copy, print or downloads this email).
