Kaizala is for individuals, organizations and communities. It is currently commercially available internationally except for a few countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, People's Republic of China, Sudan, Syria, Crimea and Russia regions) and all Android and iOS Play Stores worldwide Is available in.
You can download the Kaizala mobile app from the Google Play Store for Android phones and from the App Store for iOS phones.
Application Requirements:
The Android phone is running Android 4.3 or later.
Cellular data must be. If you are using a tablet.
The iOS phone is running iOS 9.0 or later.
An internet connection or cellular data.
The phone number you are registering on should receive text messages.
Download Mobile App:
On your phone, you can download Microsoft Kaizala from Google Play Store or App Store.
Tap start
Enter your name and phone number, and then tap Next.
Click Allow to verify your phone number and import your contact list.
You are ready to start using Kaizla.
Note: Microsoft Kaizala account can be verified with only one phone number. The same phone number will not work for more than one Kazala account.
Set up your profile:
At the bottom of the screen, tap Profile.
Tap on your name or edit profile icon to add your designation, location and email address.
To update your profile picture. Tap the camera icon.
To update your status. Tap on edit status icon.
Start a chat:
Tap on the chat image> New Chat.
Select the contact (from the list) with whom you want to chat.
If you do not have a contact on Kaizala, send them an invitation to get started.
Create a group:
Tap Chat> New group image chat.
Enter a name for your group and then tap Next.
To add or create contacts, scroll through the contact list to add them or search in the search box.
Tap Next.
Choose a group icon.
Tap Complete to create your group and it will appear in your chat list.
Call a meeting:
Tap the chat image to start or open a chat.
Tap the kyzla task> let's meet.
Enter the meeting name, choose the date and time, and choose the duration.
Enter your location, or select your current location, or search for a location and then select it.
If you wish, select only the responses that appear to me.
Tap Send.
Users can react by choosing Yes, No, or Maybe.
To see a snapshot of reactions to kaizala actions, choose Let's Meet.
View your action item:
Tap Profile> Action Items.
Select an action type to see the type organized by received and sent actions.
Select an action from the list to extend that conversation.
Use the back arrow to return to the pending action lists.
