Microsoft 365 OTP Authentication Removal From Mail Account

If you are login the Microsoft 365 id first time, while login it, does ask for entering the mobile number for security reason.

While login the Mail, every time it does asking for an OTP which comes in user cellphone, most of the time user get irritating for authentication, as an administrator if you not enrolled the same user in MFA but it asking for the OTP, while login the Email address, then as an administrator you will need to follow the below steps from AAD (Azure Active Directory Center) 

You have to login the Microsoft 365 admin account

1) Login the Microsoft 365 admin Account

2) Go to the Azure Active directory

3) After Login the AAD panel then need Azure Active Directory

4) Then Click On Properties

5) In the Properties section click on manage security defaults 

6) Then Turn NO the security Defaults

Once the security defaults sections disabled then user can be able to login the email id without any popups.
